随着我国水利资源的开发应用,近年来大型水电机组不时涌现,大型水轮机转轮被普遍应用。随着机组容量的增大,其构造尺寸不时增大,受其制造才能和程度的限制,所需大型转轮叶片受制于人,全部需求进口。为此,展开大型转轮叶片关键技术的研讨已成为燃眉之急。

哈电热加工事业部接到任务后,立刻组织精干的技术队伍投入研制工作。这一任务难度很大,景洪叶片呈“L”型,转轮直径为8.3m,为巨型机组;最大轮廓尺寸为4500mm×3300mm,而且易变形。依照请求,叶片加工余量要控制在5~38mm范围内,加工后的叶片公差仅为2mm。针对高难度的研制任务,他们设计了三套工艺计划,找出各个环节的工艺难点,制定了相应的工艺措施。经过多日的努力,胜利研制出5片景洪叶片。经检测,各项指标均满足或超越技术请求。近半年来,经过进一步的开发、研制,目前可完成批量消费,创始了我国批量制造巨型水轮机叶片的先河。
